The Knitting Calculator is a tool for knitters who want to calculate yarn substitutions, modify a pattern, or design their own sweater. Its purpose is to make knitting math accessible to those who are not particularly comfortable with mathematics—and to anyone who simply wants an easy solution.

I believe the Knitting Calculator should be free to use, but it takes time and effort to develop and maintain. If you enjoy using it, I hope you will support my work by purchasing knitting patterns from this website.
