PURCHASING PATTERNS

The patterns are digital products provided as PDF files. When you purchase a pattern, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation and a separate email containing a download link for your pattern(s). Click the link to download the pattern as a PDF file. It is therefore important to provide a valid email address when placing your order. If you cannot find the email, please remember to check your spam folder.

Patterns may be downloaded up to 10 times. This limit is intended to prevent unauthorized distribution. If you have purchased a pattern and need to download it more than 10 times for your personal use, please email us at support@algoknitm.com.

All patterns sold on algoknitm.com are protected by copyright. The patterns are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed. The systematic commercial sale of products made from these patterns is not permitted.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at support@algoknitm.com.

PAYMENT

AlgoKnitm accepts online payments by credit card, MobilePay, and PayPal.

All prices on the website include VAT. 
Prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK).

DELIVERY

When you purchase a pattern, you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at support@algoknitm.com. Please check your spam folder first.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing digital patterns, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

PERSONAL DATA

AlgoKnitm uses Shopify to provide its webshop and payment system. Shopify acts as the data processor for the processing of personal data.

LOG STATISTICS

We use website log statistics on algoknitm.com. This means that information is collected to provide statistical insights into the number of visitors to our website, where they come from, which pages they visit, and other similar usage data.
